50% of the total stay amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

No retention will be levied. Full refund will be processed.

3. Travel Itinerary and Accommodations
Itinerary Details: All itineraries include dates, destinations, activities, and transportation details as agreed at the time of booking.
Changes to Itinerary: In case of any itinerary changes, we will notify you in advance. Costs arising from changes outside our control are the responsibility of the traveller.
4. Liability and Responsibility
Limitations of Liability: Animal World is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
